Challenge
Design the product from an early stage, maintain a coherent architecture across two mobile platforms, and help both engineering and marketing move faster.

Design system and working process
The product is currently going through a full rebrand. We are rebuilding the design system end to end: updating variables and styles, redesigning components, and defining a new motion language.

- A standard motion task went from one working day to one hour.
- AI became part of daily product work and a way to build practical internal products.
05 / What I took away
AI lets me move independently from an idea and product model to a working service. That matters more to me than generating individual assets faster.
